The PIN Management Add-on needs a major revision.
The most pressign issues are:An nPA specific rework is available on my branch pinManagement.
The possible action depends now on the status of the PIN and PUK and CAN should be more clear now.
The change of the Transport PIN is covered by the description text of the change pin Dialog.
Implemented for nPA without CIF data.
A new issue for CIF based PIN Management has been created (#349).
