Removal of signature card during PIN-dialogue is not recognized

Description
If the card is removed during PIN-dialogue it is not recognized,
but there is an error that there is an error "Internal TLS error, this could be an attack".

- Target version changed from 1.1.0 to 1.3.0
Requires massive changes in the IFD which handles the relevant PIN dialog currently so we decided to do this for the 1.2.0 release.
There the gui will be handled by a separate protocol.
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
- Status changed from New to Closed
The PIN dialog is implemented in GenericCrypto, so this problem is solved.
