Description

Regarding to TR03112-4 ImplicitlySelectedApplication is an optional field but the TinySAL.java class requires it always to work correctly.
If ImplicitlySelectedApplication is not in the cardInfo file a NullPointerException occurs in line 294 in TinySAL.java.
