Description
There are several problems with the PIN Management dialogue.
For example the dialogue does not recognize if there is no
card terminal attached and/or whether a card is present
or removed. After starting the dialogue for changing the
PIN and removing the card the app appears to enter a funny
state ("it is not possible to enter the PUK, because the
retry counter is 3") and ends up in a dead end, which
requires to kill the Java process to stop.
