Description

In the current RC10 from https://jnlp-dev.openecard.org
(on windows 7) it is not possible to open the configuration/add on-tab.

The reason might be that properties can not be loaded for some reason:
"Can't load the properties of the addon with the ID XYZ-Plugin."
