Description

A DSI is anything related to EFs on a smart card. That means a DSI can be a whole transparent file, A single record in a record based EF or even a GET DATA based entry.
The implementation must be extended to support these cases as well to be standards compliant.

That's not quite right. The method reads also complete record based files but the problem stays the same.
