Proxy Support in eCard Client

Description
Applet is not using Proxy although configured in Java-Setting (javaws -viewer)
The applet should automatically use the configured proxy-settings
- Subject changed from Proxy Support in Applet to Proxy Support in eCard Client
- Target version changed from 4 to 8
- Target version changed from 8 to 13
- Status changed from New to Closed
Only SOCKS Proxy used because of BouncyCastle TLS connections. HTTPS Proxies are not possible.
Proxy uses Browser settings if applicable and the setting is selected in Java settings.
This behaviour can be overwritten with two config directives.

proxy.socks.port
