Description

There is code to check ACLs in org.openecard.crypto.common.sal.ACLResolver and org.openecard.common.sal.state.CardStateEntry. Neither of them is complete with normalization and everything that is needed. The ACLResolver class should be completed and replace the code in CardStateEntry.
