Description

The maven dependency plugin does not calculate the dependencies correctly. Therefore the go-offline goal fails.

There is a bug report for the maven dependency plugin.

It seems that no one is interested in fixing the issue, so we either do it ourselves, disable the go-offline task, or call mvn install instead.
