The service available at https://www.meineschufa.de/index.php?site=30_2_1_pa&#tabNPA does not support the recommended cipher suits from TR-2102-2.
This leads to Handshake failures in the eID clients.

I informed Schufa and according to them they are already working on the problem. I'll have a look and report when it is fixed.
