Description

When the app is started and a terminal with a card is already connected, then the events terminal_added, card_insert and card_recognized is issued as normal. However the IFD immediately returns a new event and the card also has a new ATR.

The events stop when the card is connected to and used by e.i. an authentication process.

Tested with german nPA.
