Authentication process failed

Hello all,

first thank you for the application. The installation process was quite easy and the app works well until the authentication process failed.

The authentication process failed after i entered my pin and pressed "Weiter" ("Next").

I tried to use the service from "kba-online.de/registerauskunft" and the "fuehrungszeugnis.bund.de". Both with the same problem/error.

I already tried to find the error in the public help and dev area. But did'nt found a hint.

My environment specifications:

Debian Stretch 9.12
Lesegerät: Reiner SCT basis
Open eCard App Version: 1.4.1

Attached are two log files from the same process. One with log level Info and one with level Debug. Each reseted and new started before recorded.

Would be great if you can help me.

Hello Marco,

thank you very much for using the Open eCard app and reporting the issue to us.We are very sorry you had trouble using the app.

We have investigated the usage of the app with both services.
We can not reproduce the behaviour exactly as described by you, but we can confirm the interaction fails.

Unfortunately both services show a behaviour, which does not follow the requirements or specifications our app follows.
At the moment we can not do anything to make this work, but we will inform the persons responsible for the services about the problem.
