Description

There is a problem with using the German eID together with Open eCard (v1.3) at https://lifeindenmark.borger.dk/.

The process stops with an error message "Es mangelt an der Übereinstimmung zwischen den zur Kommunikation genutzten Zertifikaten und den im Berechtigungszertifikat enthaltenen Informationen".
The log contains an error in the StartPAOSResponse message (@2019-09-28 18:06:51)
"Hash of eService certificate is NOT contained in the CertificateDescription."

AusweisApp2 does not report an error.

There was a problem of a hash check on the eID-Server certificate which failed due to the certificate not being set. In the attached case the eService cert and the eID-Server cert are the same so the eService cert does not have to be checked seperately.

There is a fix for this in the following pull request, which has to be checked in the eID Testsuite first.
